Berwick Statement Letter May 5, 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

We are pleased to share an important and exciting update about the future of Berwick Oil. At a special membership meeting held on March 11, 2026, our members voted in favor of merging with Ag Partners. This decision reflects a shared commitment to strengthening our services, expanding opportunities, and ensuring long-term success for the communities we serve.

The merger will officially take effect on July 1, 2026. Between now and then, our teams will be working closely together to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. You can expect the same friendly service and dependable support you’ve always received from Berwick Oil, with the added benefit of expanded resources and capabilities through Ag Partners.

We know you may have questions about what this transition means for you. To help provide clarity and confidence as we move forward, we’ve included answers to some of the most common questions we’ve received.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will anything change before July 1, 2026? No. Until July 1, Berwick Oil and Ag Partners will continue to operate as separate businesses. Your day-to-day interactions, deliveries, and service contacts will remain the same.

How should I handle payments before the merger is effective? Payments should continue to be made to the company that provided the product or service.

· If Berwick Oil delivered the product or service, please continue paying Berwick Oil.

· If Ag Partners delivered the product or service, please continue paying Ag Partners.

What happens with propane contracts? Propane contracts for the upcoming season will be sent out in July. If you had contracted propane that was not used this past winter, you will see a credit on your account that can be applied toward your propane needs next year.

What happens to fuel contracts? Any open fuel contracts with Berwick Oil will be fulfilled by Ag Partners after June 30, 2026. Berwick Oil will continue offering fuel contracting for your farming needs through June, including contracts for fuel that will be delivered after July 1.

Will local offices remain open? Yes. Customers can continue to call the Sabetha, Stella, and Troy offices just as they do today. All offices will remain open, and our staff will continue to be here to serve you.

Will I still work with the same people? The Berwick Oil employees will continue serving customers after the merger. However, delivery territories may be adjusted to improve efficiency and better serve our communities. Because of these changes, you may see some new faces delivering your products after July 1, while still receiving the same dependable service you expect.

What about the convenience stores? The convenience stores in Sabetha, Hiawatha, and Troy will continue operating under the name The Barn by Berwick Oil. There are no changes to their branding or operations.

Will my Berwick Oil fuel card still work? Yes. Berwick Oil fuel cards will continue to work at all of our convenience store locations. We are also working to ensure these cards will function at all nine Ag Partners cardtrol locations, and we will share updates as soon as that integration is complete.

Closing

We are grateful for your continued trust and support as we move into this exciting new chapter. Our commitment to serving you remains as strong as ever, and we look forward to the opportunities this merger will bring for our customers, employees, and communities.

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to any of our offices. We are here to help and will continue to keep you informed throughout the transition.

Sincerely,
