Ag Partners Cooperative Welcomes Scott Morris and Christopher Schibi to Leadership Team

SENECA, Kan. - June 25, 2025 - Ag Partners Cooperative, Inc., is welcoming two new faces to the leadership team in the near future. Scott Morris will be taking on the role of Chief Operations Officer, and Christopher Schibi will be the standing Chief Technology Officer. 

Scott brings over 16 years of leadership experience in the agricultural and insurance sectors, with a strong track record of aligning people, processes, and systems to drive performance and achieve strategic goals. Most recently serving as Vice President of Risk Management at ProValue Insurance and General Manager of Ag Services, LLC, Scott has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex operations with clarity and purpose.

He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Pittsburg State University, as well as professional credentials including Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and Safety Management Professional (SMP). While his foundation is rooted in risk management, Scott is best known for his strategic mindset, people-first leadership style, and commitment to operational excellence.
 

A champion of team development, Scott has a passion for mentoring and fostering collaboration. He believes in building trust, empowering individuals, and creating systems that support both accountability and innovation. As he steps into the COO role, his focus will be on strengthening our internal operations, supporting our team, and helping the organization scale with intention and impact.

Outside of work, Scott cherishes time with his wife Rachel and their two sons, Beau and Ben.

Mr. Schibi is an established technology innovator with considerable business and executive leadership experience. Most recently, performing technology consulting for agriculture and automotive ventures. One recent notable success was as the Chief Technology Officer for a local Ag startup where he transitioned an agriculture IoT platform to a cloud based, highly scalable technology platform while building the fifth generation of the IoT hardware device and communication ecosystem. His expertise across hardware and software has been leveraged by several startup businesses funded by local private equity firms. With a diverse background in executive leadership and as an entrepreneur, Mr. Schibi understands the value of capital investment and how critical decision-making drives innovation while balancing the financial objectives of the business.
