Second-Quarter Community Donations Presented
Aug 10, 2022
With the wrap-up of 2022's second quarter, Ag Partners presented the second round of checks for this year's "Fuel Your Vehicle & Your Community" program. The program is a follow-up to 2021's "Fuel Your Vehicle & Your School" program, which donated funds to area booster clubs.
“We are very grateful to have the ability to reward our local charities with the Fuel Your Community program. We know that these funds are put to good use in our surrounding communities," said Eric Osterhaus, VP of Energy. "It’s amazing that we’ve already seen half of the year go by, and we had really good numbers for July already, so we look forward to having another great quarter coming up."
Each quarter of 2022, a portion of sales from every gallon of fuel sold at Ag Partners fuel pumps are donated to a local community organization. For the first two quarters of 2022, Axtell PRIDE, Jason Adams Memorial Trap Shoot, HOPE Brown County, and the Nemaha County STEP Foundation's Seneca Community Fund received over $2,400 in total donations. For the third and fourth quarters of 2022, the Axtell Economic Development Corporation, the Nemaha County STEP Foundation's Corning Community Fund, HOPE Brown County, and the Nemaha County STEP Foundation's Seneca Community Fund will receive the donations created from their local fuel pumps.
